  • We make every effort to show our sheds accurately, including dimensions, materials, colors, and features.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
  • Product dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • If a product you receive does not match its description on our website, you may return it free of charge under our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • We may correct errors, update product information, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged, with no hidden fees.
  • Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we will contact you before shipping. You may then choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Payments are handled by secure, PCI DSS compliant payment processors. See our Accepted Payment Methods page for the options we accept.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has shipped.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations by you: You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us at contact@blueskybarns.shop or +1 (574) 238-0806. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders and ship only to addresses within the United States.
  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • Transit time: 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control may happen, and we will keep you updated.
  • You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Please make sure the delivery location is accessible for a large item.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are always free, and we never charge restocking fees.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund is sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If your shed arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

8. Warranty

  • Our products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page, if any.
  • If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@blueskybarns.shop with your order number and photos, and we will help you resolve it.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, accidents, or natural events such as storms, floods, or fire.

9. Assembly and Product Use

  • Please read and follow the assembly instructions included with your shed.
  • You are responsible for preparing a level, stable foundation and for checking local building codes, permits, and HOA rules before installing your shed.
  • Always use proper safety equipment during assembly. Blue Sky Barns is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper assembly or use.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and page design, belongs to Blue Sky Barns or is used with permission.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

When using our website, you agree not to:
